1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Weddingify ("Service"), operated by Weddingify Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

Weddingify is an AI-powered wedding photography platform that transforms standard couple photos into cinematic, destination-style wedding images using advanced artificial intelligence technology.

2. Service Description

Weddingify provides AI-generated wedding photography services, including but not limited to:

• AI Photo Transformation: Using proprietary AI models (Gemini AI + Wiro AI) to place couples in iconic global destinations with realistic lighting, shadows, and environmental integration.
• Destination Variety: Access to 920+ destinations across 150+ countries, including landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, Santorini, Bali, and more.
• High-Resolution Output: Delivery of 4K Ultra HD resolution images at 300 DPI, suitable for professional printing and digital use.
• Multiple Photography Styles: Fine art, editorial, cinematic, and documentary wedding photography styles.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content & Uploaded Photos

When you upload photos to Weddingify:

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of your original uploaded photos.
• License Grant: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating your AI wedding images.
• Consent: You represent and warrant that you have obtained consent from all individuals depicted in uploaded photos for AI processing and transformation.
• Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights.

5. AI-Generated Images & Intellectual Property

Regarding AI-generated images produced by our Service:

• Usage Rights: Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes including social media, printing, and personal portfolios.
• Commercial Use: Commercial use of generated images requires a separate commercial license. Contact us for commercial licensing options.
• No Guarantee of Uniqueness: While each image is uniquely generated, similar prompts may produce visually similar results.
• AI Disclosure: We encourage transparency. Images created by our Service are AI-generated and should be disclosed as such when used publicly.

6. Pricing & Payment

Weddingify offers the following pricing tiers:

• Free Trial: Limited preview of AI-generated results at no cost.
• Single Destination: One-time purchase for a specific destination photo package.
• Multi-Destination Bundles: Discounted packages for multiple destination photos.
• Premium Plans: Subscription-based access with priority processing and additional features.

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled according to our separate Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate deepfakes, misleading content, or non-consensual imagery
• Create content that impersonates or misrepresents individuals
• Upload photos of minors without parental/guardian consent
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Resell or redistribute generated images as a competing service

9. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice
• Update AI models and processing pipelines to improve quality
• Implement usage limits to ensure fair access for all users

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weddingify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weddingify, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
